What's With the Validation?
Why do we validate your e-mail address? We do this for a number of reasons. Renewing an existing subscription (or reinstating an elapsed subscription) is only $12. Similarly, published authors in the Dirty Napkin get a break on their initial subscription. We want to ensure that you get any discounts that you have coming to you. In addition, this helps us cut down on fake subscriptions and other abuses of our system.
